Virginie has been Director – Human Capital since 2023 within the consulting services team. She has worked in human resources and management for nearly 20 years. Virginie has a wealth of experience in human resources that has allowed her to acquire a global vision of business issues. In this respect, having managed her own business for three (3) years, she is able to understand the client and its operational needs.

Virginie has had the opportunity to set up and develop several Human Resources Departments during her career with companies in the region. She was also called upon to participate in strategic planning activities with management teams to align her department’s action plan with human resources initiatives.

Often described as calm and poised, she demonstrates active listening to clients and members of her team, allowing her to be a true team player. Focused on finding solutions, she might ask you one day to “take a step back…” to better understand the situation.

Her daily desire is to generate tangible and concrete value for the client and to contribute to making organizations better places to thrive and perform healthily. Passionate about organizational development, she also wants to evolve management practices, improve the health and efficiency of organizations and support her client in the development of an employee experience and a talent value proposition that can optimize attraction and retention.
