Amyot G\u00e9linas DNA at the heart of our reflections<\/h3>\n

This week, the partners and directors of Amyot G\u00e9linas gathered for their traditional annual strategy meeting, in the enchanting setting of the Grand-Lodge de Mont-Tremblant. This two-day “Lac \u00e0 l’\u00e9paule” provided an opportunity to strengthen ties between managers, welcome new members to the management team, and collectively reflect on strategic orientations for the coming year. <\/p>\n

The 2025 edition was distinguished by the inspiring presence ofAnnie Boilard<\/a>, President of R\u00e9seau Annie RH and a leading human resources expert, who led the event around a key theme: the DNA of Amyot G\u00e9linas<\/strong>. Through workshops on the firm’s mission, vision and values, participants were able to explore the foundations of our organizational culture and the core values that unite us. <\/p>\n

A keynote lecture on innovation and humor in the workplace<\/strong>, presented by Fran\u00e7ois Rioux,<\/a> Senior Lecturer at HEC and General Manager of the 60th Quebec Winter Games 2026, also enriched the discussions, highlighting the importance of creativity and lightness in our professional environments.<\/p>\n

This strategic meeting is part of our ongoing drive to maintain a high level of performance, while placing the well-being of our teams at the heart of our priorities.<\/p>\n
