This week, the partners and directors of Amyot G\u00e9linas gathered at the Grand-Lodge de Mont-Tremblant<\/a> in the heart of the Laurentians, for their annual strategic meeting, in the form of a two-day “Lac \u00e0 l’\u00e9paule”. This meeting enables the firm’s managers to consolidate the bonds that unite them, to welcome new managers, and to define the strategic orientations for the coming year in order to remain successful, while making it a priority to pursue the commitment to maintain and even constantly improve the happiness index within the teams. <\/p>\n

Time and priority management: the key to well-being at work?<\/h3>\n

Does the quest for wellness at work involve better management of priorities and time to promote a less stressful work environment?<\/p>\n

This is one of the directions taken by the event, with the “Time management: planning, organizing and prioritizing” training offered by QUALITEMPS and specially adapted for the firm’s professionals. A great opportunity to reflect on how to better manage day-to-day work. <\/p>\n
