{"id":4561,"date":"2022-10-31T16:55:05","date_gmt":"2022-10-31T20:55:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/amyotgelinas.com\/annual-meeting\/"},"modified":"2022-10-31T16:55:05","modified_gmt":"2022-10-31T20:55:05","slug":"annual-meeting","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/amyotgelinas.com\/en\/annual-meeting\/","title":{"rendered":"Annual meeting"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Last September, the Amyot G\u00e9linas partners and directors gathered at the Est\u00e9rel Hotel in the heart of the Laurentians for their annual meeting, in the form of a three-day &#8220;Lac \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00c9paule&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>This meeting enabled Amyot G\u00e9linas managers to plan the strategic directions for the coming year, and to discuss the issues and processes to be developed to meet the challenges identified.<\/p>\n<h3>Improving the happiness index<\/h3>\n<p>In particular, we wanted to maintain our focus on human resources, i.e. on our members and employees, who are the heart and soul of the company, and who provide quality, professional service to our customers on a daily basis.
