Generations Y, Z and Alpha, on the other hand, are known for their mastery of technology, adaptability, innovative ideas and constant evolution.   <\/p>\n<p>With the right structure, it&#8217;s possible to leverage the specific strengths of each of them to create synergy and promote communication and knowledge transfer.<\/p>\n<p>It is essential to appoint a resource person within the team to manage and direct potential conflicts or differences of opinion. This resource can provide mentoring or plan team-building activities to encourage exchanges between different groups. Team meetings are also important to ensure that everyone&#8217;s expectations are clear.
