Thanks to this measure, landlords who had to commit to absorbing a 25% loss when registering for the program will now receive an amount equivalent to 12.5% of the total cost of rent, reducing their loss by half. <\/p>\n\n<p>The Quebec government has reached an agreement with the federal government to streamline the application process for Quebec commercial property owners.<\/p>\n\n<p>Owners of Quebec properties who have already applied to the AUCLC are eligible for this measure. Details of the rebate will be announced shortly.
