The average rate will be set at $1.77 per $100 of payroll. CFIB also highlights the rigorous work of the CNESST in establishing a reduction for employers while ensuring the financial stability of the Fund.    <\/p>\n\n<p>&#8220;SMEs are still very fragile due to the repercussions of COVID-19. They are just starting to recover. In this context, next year&#8217;s premium reduction will be a breath of fresh air for SME owners. The estimated savings of $130 million for businesses will contribute to the recovery of the Quebec economy,&#8221; commented Fran\u00e7ois Vincent, CFIB&#8217;s Vice-President for Quebec.<\/p>\n\n<p>CFIB reiterates that, to revive the economy, SMEs recommend that the government keep taxes at an acceptable level (85%) and make a concerted effort to cut red tape (75%).
