PAUPME is administered by the MRCs, while PACTE is managed by Investissement Qu\u00e9bec. <\/p>\n<p>Restaurants, fitness centers and nursing homes that have had to close their doors are among those eligible.<\/p>\n<p>They will be able to obtain a subsidy covering up to 100% of their fixed costs for the months during which the company is in the red zone, up to a maximum of 80% of the amount of the emergency loan granted to them.
