At this time of year, let’s all take the time to take stock of ourselves, review what we’ve accomplished throughout the year, and plan for the new year ahead.<\/p>\n

Set your goals! <\/strong><\/p>\n

So much has already been said and written on this subject, and yet this function is still too often neglected. The task may seem daunting at first glance, but it’s through honest, critical review and realistic goal planning that we pave the way for achieving even more than we thought we could at first glance. <\/p>\n

Setting goals is like planning our travel itinerary: choosing our destination, taking on challenges, following through on our ambitions, and simply having fun! Without a clear path, it’s a bit like letting our boat sail with the wind and the waves, without really knowing where it’s going, but increasing the risk of running aground. <\/p>\n

Some people say it’s good to “let go”. Personally, I think there’s a big difference between “letting go” and “letting go”… <\/p>\n

So, to help us set our individual goals, project yourself into the future, visualize where you want to be in the coming year, and establish simple processes. I think this is a great way to achieve our goals. Let’s let our imaginations run wild and create a work of art to showcase our success and future achievements. <\/p>\n
