2023 strategy meeting

This week, the partners and directors of Amyot Gélinas gathered at the Estérel Hotel in the heart of the Laurentians, for their annual strategic meeting, in the form of a three-day “Lac à l’Épaule”.

This meeting enabled Amyot Gélinas managers to solidify the ties that bind them together, plan the strategic directions for the coming year, and discuss the issues and processes to be developed to meet these challenges.

Adapting to change

Although the company’s priority remains to improve the happiness index of its teams on a daily basis, notably by training its managers as “inspiring managers and impactful coaches”, the issue of change management in this period of great change was also on the agenda.
