To serve our clients in the manufacturing, distribution, construction, real estate, services, municipal, social services and NPO sectors, we are looking for an auditor in Saint-Jérôme to support our multidisciplinary teams.
Your role:
- Act as a mentor to certification trainees ;
- Be responsible for customer files ;
- Plan and carry out audit, review and compilation assignments;
- Prepare annual financial reports and corporate tax returns;
- Advise customers on accounting and tax matters;
- Participate in certain consulting mandates;
- Participate in special mandates.
You must :
- Have your CPA Auditor designation in good standing ;
- Three (3) to five (5) years of auditing experience in an accounting firm (experience as a CPA candidate is considered);
- Relevant knowledge of corporate and personal taxation;
- Demonstrate good organizational skills, autonomy and be results-oriented;
- Familiarity with Caseware, Caseview and Taxprep accounting software;
- Excellent knowledge of French and the Office suite;
- Enjoy teamwork and managing several files simultaneously.
Assets :
- Experience in auditing for municipalities and CEGEPs;
- Knowledge of English is an asset that may facilitate occasional communications with English-speaking clients on specific mandates. French remains the firm’s working language, and an excellent command of French is required.
