Since joining Amyot Gélinas, Stéphanie has quickly made a name for herself with her dynamism, keen analytical sense and constant willingness to learn. Today, as Director – Assurance, she draws on her versatile expertise in audit, review, compilation and taxation (T1, T2, T3).
Over the years, Stéphanie has developed a solid understanding of various sectors, including trusts, construction companies and small and medium-sized enterprises. She is renowned for her ability to simplify complex concepts and support her clients with rigor, clarity and a positive attitude.
In her day-to-day work, her colleagues describe her as smiling, dynamic, persevering, with a sharp analytical mind and naturally sociable. She easily creates bonds and establishes a climate of collaboration that makes her a sought-after and appreciated work partner. She often sums up her vision with her favorite phrase: “It’s complicated, but it’s a great learning opportunity! It’s her way of seeing challenges as levers for progress.
What motivates her most? The diversity of her knowledge, which enables her to see herself as something of a “general practitioner” in the accounting profession. She also finds great satisfaction in continually honing her expertise in accounting standards, an area that was once a challenge but is now one of her strengths.
Stéphanie is also driven by a sporting spirit: always ready to surpass herself, whether physically or mentally, she applies this same energy to her professional practice, where she approaches each assignment as an opportunity to improve.
