To reflect today on Amyot Gélinas’s next steps.
The partners and directors of Amyot Gélinas gathered on September 17 and 18 at the Grand Lodge Mont-Tremblant for their traditional “Lac-à-l’épaule” retreat. Over the course of two days, they took some time to reflect together on the firm’s next steps and define the broad strategic directions that will guide its development over the next three years.
Inspiring Strategic Planning
Guided by the expertise of Annie Boilard, president of the Annie RH Network, participants took part in a series of workshops and focus groups bringing together partners and directors from all of our offices and departments. The discussions focused on several key areas critical to the firm’s future: our growth, our clients, our employer brand, innovation, artificial intelligence, leadership, succession planning, technology, and the CPA profession…
This collaborative approach has allowed us to bring together the perspectives and concerns of our managers in order to identify and plan the priorities that will guide Amyot Gélinas’s development in a constantly changing environment. Now more than ever, we are committed to continuing to innovate, supporting our growth, and providing our clients and teams with an experience that meets their expectations.
The event concluded with an inspiring talk by host Jean-François Baril on the importance of knowing how to reinvent oneself. Drawing on his own journey and insights, he encouraged participants to embrace change, challenge established ways of doing things, and seize the opportunities that arise in a constantly evolving world.
At the end of these two days filled with productive discussions, one thing became clear: Amyot Gélinas’s next steps are taking shape right now. Thanks to the vision, commitment, and collaboration of its members, the firm is firmly focused on the future.
