Amyot Gélinas DNA at the heart of our reflections
This week, the partners and directors of Amyot Gélinas gathered for their traditional annual strategy meeting, in the enchanting setting of the Grand-Lodge de Mont-Tremblant. This two-day “Lac à l’épaule” provided an opportunity to strengthen ties between managers, welcome new members to the management team, and collectively reflect on strategic orientations for the coming year.
The 2025 edition was distinguished by the inspiring presence ofAnnie Boilard, President of Réseau Annie RH and a leading human resources expert, who led the event around a key theme: the DNA of Amyot Gélinas. Through workshops on the firm’s mission, vision and values, participants were able to explore the foundations of our organizational culture and the core values that unite us.
A keynote lecture on innovation and humor in the workplace, presented by François Rioux, Senior Lecturer at HEC and General Manager of the 60th Quebec Winter Games 2026, also enriched the discussions, highlighting the importance of creativity and lightness in our professional environments.
This strategic meeting is part of our ongoing drive to maintain a high level of performance, while placing the well-being of our teams at the heart of our priorities.
