Paperless accounting
Amyot Gélinas made a major technological shift in January 2019, bringing us to the paperless work environment we know today. This organizational change was carried out to optimize the work of our teams, but also yours, while ensuring that we reduce our ecological footprints.
Documents are fully digitized and archived in our secure private data center, then backed up in an off-site data center. Only financial documents destined for customers pass through the “Customer Portal”. This is available online at any time, wherever you are, as long as you have Internet access. Our firm also applies strict standards to the storage, use and retention of the financial and personal information entrusted to us.
