The Amyot Gélinas accounting firm is proud to announce its commitment to raising funds for the installation of a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scanner at the Sainte-Agathe Hospital from the Fondation médicale des Laurentides et des Pays-d’en-Haut. In a collective effort, the office’s fourteen associates have pledged a total of $65,000 over a three-year period, while employees will also contribute $8,000 by 2027.
A significant impact on community health
Patrice Forget, President of Amyot Gélinas, expresses his satisfaction with the commitment of his team members: “We are delighted to be able to contribute to a project that will have a significant impact on the health of our community. The installation of this leading-edge technology at Sainte-Agathe Hospital will improve patient care and meet a growing need for medical diagnostics.”
Mr. Forget also invites all companies in the Fondation médicale des Laurentides et des Pays-d’en-Haut territory to join this initiative and commit to the success of this essential project. With the involvement of Amyot Gélinas, we have reached the sum of $782,000 raised, which represents 26% of the $3 million objective. “Together, we can make a real difference and support our local healthcare system,” he adds.
