Last September, the Amyot Gélinas partners and directors gathered at the Estérel Hotel in the heart of the Laurentians for their annual meeting, in the form of a three-day “Lac à l’Épaule”.
This meeting enabled Amyot Gélinas managers to plan the strategic directions for the coming year, and to discuss the issues and processes to be developed to meet the challenges identified.
Improving the happiness index
In particular, we wanted to maintain our focus on human resources, i.e. on our members and employees, who are the heart and soul of the company, and who provide quality, professional service to our customers on a daily basis. Improving the firm’s happiness index is therefore a priority, and is already reflected in the actions taken this autumn and in the announcements to be made in the coming months.
