Information Governance and Security Statement
Amyot Gélinas acts in compliance with the « Code des professions, Code de déontologie des comptables professionnels agréés » and the Personal Information Protection Act in the private sector, with regard to the governance and personal information in its possession. Thus, we attach great importance to the confidentiality and security of data and personal information of our clients, including data available from third-party suppliers.
This statement aims to inform you of our commitment to data protection and information governance.
Legal compliance – We are committed to complying with all legal obligations arising from the Personal Information Protection Act in the private sector. We put in place appropriate measures and processes to ensure compliance with this law and all other laws and regulations applicable to the protection of personal information.

Security Incident Management – We have procedures to detect, assess and respond to potential security incidents. In the event of an incident, we take the necessary measures to mitigate the risks, restore the systems and inform the parties concerned in accordance with legal and regulatory obligations.
Awareness and training – We implement information security awareness and training programs for all our employees. This allows us to promote a culture of security, build risk awareness and ensure that our employees follow good data protection practices.
