It’s with this phrase from this famous entrepreneur that I’ll begin my reflections for the New Year. Like many of you, we have faced many challenges that have led us to change our work habits, to discover and take full advantage of remote communications, to sometimes cohabit with our family by telecommuting, and all the while ensuring the same availability of services to all our customers.
Surrounded by a formidable team, we have succeeded in adapting to this new reality and even reinventing ourselves by ensuring the constant dissemination of announcements concerning new financial assistance programs, both provincial and federal, as well as public health and CNESST regulations, and by organizing videoconferences with our directors, associates and consulting department so that our customers can comply with all these sudden changes.
Our Human Capital and Consulting departments have expanded to include new services such as file management and assistance with financial aid applications. I’d also like to take this opportunity to announce the complete overhaul of our website and brand image. New colors, a sleek new design, a more assertive logo that above all symbolizes the modernity and personality of our seven accounting firms confirm our positioning as leaders on Montreal’s North Shore. I’m very proud of the final result!
All this excitement hasn’t stopped us from completing our paperless shift, which is now complete in all seven of our offices and will enable our portal to be accessible to all our customers in early 2021. We are proud to have planned and succeeded in this migration, thanks to the collaboration of our teams, who have embraced this ecological and environmental ideal. Today, we can say: “mission accomplished”.
In conclusion, my objective for 2021 remains the same as for previous years: to provide you with the support and information you need to ensure that this historic crisis leaves as few traces as possible. Let’s all be ready and waiting for the post-COVID-19 era.
