This week, the partners and directors of Amyot Gélinas gathered at the Grand-Lodge de Mont-Tremblant in the heart of the Laurentians, for their annual strategic meeting, in the form of a two-day “Lac à l’épaule”. This meeting enables the firm’s managers to consolidate the bonds that unite them, to welcome new managers, and to define the strategic orientations for the coming year in order to remain successful, while making it a priority to pursue the commitment to maintain and even constantly improve the happiness index within the teams.
