Emploi-Québec subsidy programs
Whether you’re building your HR department in-house or outsourcing to external resources, Emploi-Québec recognizes companies’ human resources management (HRM) initiatives with a range of subsidies designed to support them. The Concertation pour l’emploi program offers subsidies to help you set up your HR strategy and develop tools and processes related to compensation, training, staffing, employer branding, performance evaluation and labor relations.

Emploi-Québec offers a wide range of financing options tailored to the needs of companies, with subsidies of up to 50%:
- Set up your HR department with consultants and pay your new manager in-house;
- Provision of training to maintain essential skills of existing staff ;
- Professional fees to hire consultants for organizational diagnosis, management coaching, or any other initiative aimed at optimizing staff attraction, retention and development;
- Wage subsidy for trainees or the integration of visible minorities and people experiencing difficulty integrating into the workforce;
- Initiatives aimed at reorganizing or reducing working hours.
