Jean-François began his career as an intern in a multinational firm in the early 2000s, rapidly moving his way up to become a director.

Ambitious and entrepreneurial, he co-founded an accounting firm in 2007, actively participating in its development and growth. In addition to leading diversified mandates in assurance and taxation, Jean-François also contributed to many special mandates, quality control, implementation of information technology processes, and management.

In September 2020, Jean-François joined the large Amyot Gélinas family as Senior Director, Assurance. When asked why he chose Amyot Gélinas, he didn’t hesitate: the firm’s strength, entrepreneurial culture and the quality and depth of its expertise. 

Contributing positively to the firm’s growth, his determination, hard work and drive to succeed—in part drawn from his past experience as a top-level speed skater—are certainly qualities his coworkers and clients appreciate. Jean-François will continue to do what he does best: guide clients in the pursuit—and achievement—of their business ambitions.
