Marc-André Sévigny

Director - Certification | CPA auditor

Since his arrival as a trainee, Marc-André has risen through the ranks to become Director – Certification. His academic background testifies to his great capacity for adaptation and determination: he holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from UQAM as well as a DESS in accounting from UQTR, and also has a DEP in carpentry, a combination that illustrates both his rigor and his concrete, pragmatic spirit.

In his practice, Marc-André is involved in audit, review and compilation assignments, as well as in taxation (T1, T2, T3). He has developed solid expertise with companies in a wide variety of sectors, including construction, manufacturing and processing, foodservice and services. His attentive eye and keen understanding of operational issues enable him to support his customers with clarity and relevance.

Known for his constant smile and infectious sense of humour, Marc-André knows how to create a climate where everyone feels listened to and supported. Dedicated and deeply human, he is appreciated by colleagues and customers alike, who praise his attentiveness and ability to offer genuine, reassuring support.

One of Marc-André’s greatest professional accomplishments is the distance he has travelled since he started at the company: progressing from trainee to Director represents an achievement as motivating as it is significant. What satisfies him most about his career? To be able to guide our customers through important decisions and make a tangible contribution to the financial health of their business.

An avid sportsman and traveler, he draws his inspiration from both action and discovery. Among the quotes that accompany him on a daily basis, two in particular represent him: ” You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take ” – Michael Scott; Wayne Gretzky and “The best way to predict the future is to create it.” – Peter Drucker. Here again we find his pragmatic side.
